This is a full-time position./ppstrongThe Role/strong/ppThe primary focus of this role is generating new sales to existing and prospective clients. Success is measured by the ability to win and retain new business, meet or exceed sales goals related to revenue growth, business mix, and industry-specific targets./ppSales Process:/pulliPrepare proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups, and other WTW producers./liliDesign individual prospect sales strategies and develop unique prospect programs./liliAlign with individual client sales strategies./liliConduct thorough needs analysis/risk assessment to uncover prospects/clients unique coverage needs./liliProvide consultative advice in key risk areas./liliIdentify and close potential cross-sell opportunities./li/ulpClient Management:/pulliMaintain consistent/high quality touch points by phone and face to face with clients./liliChampion the proper advocacy of claims./liliParticipate in stewardship meetings./liliSupport Client Management team in identifying and closing rounding opportunities./li/ulpPipeline Management:/pulliIdentify prospects for business from existing and prospective clients./liliDevelop new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions./liliObtain referral leads from existing clients./liliAggressively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities./liliParticipate and take leadership roles in targeted community and professional associations./li/ulpPeople Management:/pulliProvide annual input for the performance review of team members./liliProvide timely/quality feedback to service team members; assist team members in acquiring new skills./liliHelp to identify and develop future producer talent./li/ulpstrongThe Requirements/strong/pulliBachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in related field of study preferred./liliValid State-relevant insurance license(s) only if the candidate has a current license./liliProven track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies, and reputation as a client-centric sales professional./liliComprehensive working knowledge of principles and methods of selling products; services and value propositions; sales marketing strategies and tactics; technical knowledge of insurance and risk management products, services, and value propositions; pipeline management and cross-selling./liliAbility to identify and leverage essential information and think in a critical and logical manner./liliAbility to work in a client-centric strategic and decisive manner according to tight deadlines./liliExcellent communication (written, verbal and oral) skills and interpersonal skills./li/ulpstrongEOE, including disability/vets/strong/ppstrongCompensation and Benefits/strong/ppBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
