HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Director of Quality for a 340+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Daily operation of Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, and Accreditation
Gap analysis and continuous survey readiness
Supporting the organization’s mission and vision through planning, designing, and evaluating Performance Improvement opportunities.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required Experience: Minimum 10+ years’ progressive experience leading Quality in an acute care setting and experience leading successful TJC surveys; knowledge of all public reporting (Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al); knowledge of accreditation and licensing requirements. Licensure: CA RN license required
Expenses covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, and rental car.
