Director of Health Information Management
to lead our organization-wide HIM operations, including medical records, inpatient coding, compliance, and privacy readiness. This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative leader who thrives in a high‑quality, patient‑centered healthcare environment.
What You’ll Lead HIM operations: scanning, coding, record management, storage, release Coding quality, accuracy, and ethical standards Policy development, regulatory compliance, and HIPAA/privacy alignment Team leadership, hiring, training, and performance management Budget planning, financial oversight, and operational efficiency Organization-wide education on medical records systems
What You Bring Bachelor’s in HIM (Master’s preferred) RHIT/A certification 7+ years HIM or related experience 7+ years acute‑care HIM leadership Must be willing to relocate if applicable
