About the Role As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organizational and time‑management skills while building retailer relationships. You’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

Salary and Schedule Details

Your hourly pay rate will be $13.00–$15.00, depending on your skills and experience.

Variable schedule; average 10–14 hours per week.

Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement:

Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in and out of the Hallmark department. Provide timely feedback and respond to surveys to support merchandising activities.

Holiday support:

Provide additional coverage during peak holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Department resets:

Assist with installations and reset tasks for Hallmark fixtures and products. Assignments typically announced two weeks in advance and may require evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration:

Work as part of Hallmark's Field organization to support peers as needed.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding role requiring you to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day and may need to climb stairs or step ladders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years of age.

Ability to read, write and understand English.

Physical capability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Proficiency with a digital handheld device.

Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.

Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
