Director of Pharmacy

Over the next 12 months, our leadership team is hiring a Director of Pharmacy to spearhead hospital, retail, specialty, and ambulatory pharmacy services. This role ensures clinical quality, medication safety, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth while collaborating with medical staff and executive leadership to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all pharmacy services and clinical programs
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Oversee medication safety, quality, and regulatory performance
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets
Partner with physicians and leadership on pharmacy strategy and growth
Recruit, develop, and lead pharmacy staff and residency programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
Montana Registered Pharmacist license (or eligible)
5+ years of pharmacy practice with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of medication safety, regulatory standards, and pharmacy operations
Proven leadership, communication, and financial management skills
