Overview
The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving Herrero Builders’ brand visibility and business growth. This position develops and executes integrated marketing strategies, supports business pursuits, and ensures all marketing materials reflect Herrero’s commitment to value creation and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES Position Outcomes & Goals The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for: Executing marketing initiatives and campaigns aligned with company strategic priorities. Managing day-to-day marketing operations, including collateral development, digital presence, and external communications. Ensuring consistent application of brand standards, messaging, and positioning across all client-facing materials. Supporting pursuit management, client engagement, and brand positioning to achieve company outcomes: Always safe Chosen place to work Always profitable Continuous flow of right work Always growing ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTED BEHAVIORS Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and Herrero’s core values. Stay current on industry trends and proactively present ideas to enhance marketing initiatives. Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Business Development & Pursuits Lead and manage the proposal and presentation process for new business opportunities, including SOQs, RFPs, and pitch materials. Coach and prepare interview teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and on-message deliverables. Maintain organized client bid folders and track competitive intelligence in the CRM. Content Creation & Brand Management Develop compelling content for digital, print, and social media channels that communicates Herrero’s value-driven approach. Create and update marketing collateral, project descriptions, case studies, and team resumes. Ensure consistent brand representation across materials, events, and communications. Digital Presence & Public Relations Manage Herrero’s digital presence, including website updates, social media campaigns, and online reputation. Design and produce advertisements, press releases, and award submissions. Event Planning & Sponsorships Plan and execute client-facing and industry events, including networking receptions, sponsorship activations, and community outreach. Manage vendor coordination and ensure consistent brand presence at all events. CRM & Analytics Maintain accuracy of CRM data and generate reports to support business development and marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Relationships to Build and Maintain Marketing leadership and Knowledge Area Leaders (KALs) Project Executives and Project Teams Prospective, new, and current customers/owners’ representatives External partners, vendors, and community organizations PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS The ideal candidate will possess: Analytical skills:

Position Salary Range $100,000 – $135,000 REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva; Salesforce; HubSpot; and WordPress. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience with proposal preparation and pursuit management. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
