Identify and cultivate new business through networking, partners, and lead generation. Manage entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, implementation. Meet/exceed sales quotas with custom HR strategies benefitting employers and employees. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Generate new business with aggressive prospecting targeting decision-makers. Own full sales lifecycle including data collection, contract finalization, post-sale support. Use consultative selling to analyze client needs and tailor solutions; prepare executive summaries. Maintain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and managing renewals. Use Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting. Stay updated on industry trends and products; act as a subject matter expert. Qualifications
2-3 years proven success in sales-driven roles. High School Diploma required. Preferred knowledge of self-funded and fully insured product/financial arrangements. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and ability to interpret data. Self-starter with strong work ethic, business acumen, and ethical commitment.
