
The Card HRBP team is hiring a Principal Associate to lead projects and support key HR priorities within the HRBP Team. The Principal associate plays a critical role in identifying and executing on projects and process improvement areas across the broader Card Human Resource Business Partner teams along with planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes, such as talent management, performance management activities and organizational changes. * Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Consultants to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes and projects* Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements* Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing* Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities* Develop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or “train the trainer” sessions* Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as needed* Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversations* Complete promotion and compensation changes in Workday* Provide feedback to Chief of Staff team and Performance Management team to help drive continuous improvement of these programs* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification* At least 3 years of client facing experience* At least 2 years of project management experience* Bachelor’s Degree or military experience* MBA or Master’s degree* Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination* 4+ years of client facing experience* 3+ years Project Management experience* At least 2 years of experience in Human ResourcesCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
