Job Description PsychPros is partnering with a well respected agency located in central Ohio (just north of the Columbus area). We are seeking an experienced higher level management (Associate Director or higher) to provide leadership to a team of dedicated crisis workers. In this role you will coordinate the implementation, development, organization, expansion, quality improvement and program sustainability. You will also work closely with other area leaders to ensure contract goals are being met.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of crisis workers.
Coordinate program implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with area leaders to meet contract goals.
Qualifications
Currently licensed in the State of Ohio at the independent level
(LISW-S or LPCC-S) .
Preferred candidates will have some exposure to working with crisis teams.
At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience at an Associate Director or Director level.
