
The Senior Corporate Paralegal supports the Global Legal Team by providing high level transactional and contract support related to real estate leasing, motor fuel supply agreements and vendor agreements. This role ensures efficient contract management, strengthens compliance, and contributes to streamlined day to day legal operations.

Your Role, Your Impact
Preparing legal forms and templates; drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, notices and other business communications
Assist with the implementation and management of asset management database and renewal tracking system for contracts with third party tenants, operators of retail gas stations and retail operation vendors
Provide prompt, efficient and effective legal services to the legal department in connection with day-to-day business operations of a publicly-traded petroleum distributor
Organize and maintain contract correspondence, and create and/or maintain databases to track contracts
Communicate and work with counterparties to obtain countersigned contracts/confirmations
Review and abstract vendor agreements, fuels marketing contracts, lease agreements and other documents
Provide legal support to Fuels Marketing regarding contracts compliance, transactional support and post-closing integration
Performing such other duties as are typically assigned to a senior corporate paralegal
Reports to Senior Director of Transactional Workflow
Qualifications
Ability to maintain positive and cooperative relationships with legal staff, peers and clients
Ability to work effectively with multiple intercompany departments and demanding personalities
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Superior writing skills
Team oriented
Ability to multi-task, properly prioritize projects, meet key deadlines, perform well under pressure and stress, and complete special projects while managing a regular workload
Ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail while exercising good judgement and decision-making utilizing existing skills and expertise
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required
Pay Range $81,000.00 - $121,400.00
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
