Summary The Account Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Data Center/Enterprise Hard Disk Drive (“HDD”) revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships for our organization. This role will be an individual contributor overseeing the development and expansion of our key accounts in the Data Center business segment. This strategic role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for driving business development and sales growth for Toshiba’s Data Center HDD business. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and Toshiba’s product roadmap.

Business Development & Sales

Identify new business opportunities using HDD product and innovation roadmaps.

Manage sales accounts and execute business development activities for assigned market segments.

Achieve revenue targets for Toshiba’s HDD Data Center segment.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations, including ODMs, system integrators, and distribution networks.

Facilitate executive-level interactions between customers and Toshiba leadership.

Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with customer teams in Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing, Planning, and Legal.

Collaborate with internal Toshiba teams (BU, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain/Logistics, Marketing, Planning, Legal) to ensure seamless execution.

Strategic Alignment

Conduct application reviews to identify key customer requirements and align with Toshiba’s product roadmap.

Communicate the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and business processes.

Negotiation & Reporting

Negotiate volume, pricing, and share agreements.

Provide accurate and timely reporting, including weekly account status updates, monthly reports, and quarterly sales plans.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Salary: $114,300 - $151,500
