We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.
What you’ll do
Manage the performance and growth of assigned regional and/or national owner and property management accounts
Provide material specification guidance, qualify contractors, and support project execution using the company’s full range of resources
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts by understanding their needs and engaging through multiple digital platforms
Travel within assigned markets to generate new business opportunities
Identify and develop new prospects and private project opportunities for the company and its loyal customer base
Collaborate with other Commercial Account Managers to benchmark and apply best practices
Coordinate with local low slope Product Managers on quotations and material deliveries
Record all activity and track project outcomes in Salesforce for visibility and reporting
May act as a Team Lead and assist with workload management of others
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
10+ years of sales experience in a related industry
Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of financials, exterior building products, industry practices, and market dynamics
Proven ability to manage large and dynamic accounts
Experience using business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills and a high level of professional activity
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
Able to work remotely and/or from branch offices within the market
Physically able to perform the essential duties of the role
