Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive of Business Analysis with deep capital markets knowledge for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business analysis frameworks to enhance decision-making processes across the organization. Drive strategic initiatives by leveraging data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support business growth. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that track the effectiveness of business strategies. Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and facilitate data sharing. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 12+ years of relevant business analysis experience Demonstrated capital markets business knowledge Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least three days a week Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
