What you’ll be doing Talent Attraction Specialist
– You will source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temp‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire finance and professional roles for moderately complex, specialized clients. You will work with urgency, interview candidates, and match them with the right organizations and careers.
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
Technically savvy – eager to learn and implement new technology.
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Friendly competitive spirit and winning mentality.

Benefits and Compensation Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,168.40 depending on location, with incentive compensation available.
