Summary of role We are seeking a Commercial Analytics Director who will support the Prostate Cancer franchise by objectively evaluating brand performance and proactively delivering actionable insights. The individual will lead the development of performance narrative and enable data‑driven insight-generation and strategic decision-making to support U.S. brand strategy and execution in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders. This individual will possess a combination of strategic thinking and analytical expertise to help Lantheus achieve its commercial goals. This role will collaborate with leadership and functional partners to ensure a thorough understanding of our business insight needs, our data landscape, and how we leverage data to answer business questions efficiently and agilely.
This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence onsite three days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and interpretation of sales and market data to craft the performance trends and narrative
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to leadership, commercial, and operational teams
Identify key drivers of brand performance, and proactively uncover risks and opportunities for the brand
Execute complex advanced analytics projects, combining disparate data sources
Create hypotheses based on strategic commercial challenges, and translate these into measurable analytical projects that yield clear and quantifiable results
Synthesize findings from multiple projects into a compelling, cohesive story, effectively communicating and presenting recommendations to key stakeholders
Ensure key business decisions by leadership are supported by data and analyses
Partner cross-functionally (sales, marketing, market access, finance, forecasting, contracting, and commercial operations) to enhance and evolve reporting solutions ensuring continuous alignment with business needs
Work collaboratively with Commercial Information Management to implement dashboards and visualizations (e.g. PowerBI) and ensure proper tracking, data capture, and seamless integration of different data sources
Pursue novel analytics methodologies that offer new capabilities and ways to optimize project efficiency
Manage external vendors and allocated budget
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial analytics or related functions (insights, consulting, commercial operations) in life sciences required
Solid understanding of commercial business and industry standard datasets – claims, SP, SD, syndicated data sets
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). Experience with SQL and Python preferred
Experience with sales operations and CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
Solution oriented mindset with ability to interpret ambiguous requests and problem solve independently
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills with an ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business operations challenges
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, cross‑functional partners, and technical teams
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS/BA required in related fields. Advanced degree preferred

The pay range for this position is between $182,000 and $287,000 annually.
Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre‑tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
