We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Account Manager to oversee and nurture our client relationships, drive customer success, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Customer Success:

Develop and implement tailored success plans for each account to drive adoption, engagement, and value realization. Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to improve product utilization. Identify and mitigate churn risks by addressing pain points and showcasing the value of our solutions. Collaborate with the product team to gather and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth:

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute account expansion strategies to increase wallet share and maximize customer lifetime value. Negotiate contract renewals and expansions, ensuring optimal terms for both the client and the company. Collaborate with sales teams on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

Develop and maintain account plans outlining growth strategies, risk mitigation, and key initiatives for each client. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Advocate for customer needs and feedback to drive product enhancements and service improvements. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements. Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
