As Softchoice's newest Scale Account Executive, you will be directly hunting into AWS's account base and managing AWS opportunities, guiding customers toward digital transformation. You will position Softchoice solutions that drive new customers’ use of AWS technologies, solutions, and services. You will seize this chance to hit quotas, reach milestones, and contribute to our vision while pursuing your own goals. What you'll do

Win new customers by driving new AWS customer acquisition and securing services that support growth within the cloud. Prospect and cold call new contacts and accounts. Drive and own opportunities from the point of assessing customer needs through closing deals. Precisely manage your pipeline and customer relationships. Collaborate with AWS expert presales technical team members to drive the sales strategy with the customer while supporting the technical solution. Apply analytical and strategic thinking to hit your plan and uphold strong business acumen. Support AWS partnership by nurturing strategic relationships and acting as an extension of AWS' own sales team. Keep updated on AWS products and services, industry knowledge, and attend required training. Support the AWS demand generation strategy and AWS sales activation campaigns. Pursue ongoing personal development through certificates, training, and curiosity to stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate with fellow internal and external team members and demonstrate leadership when challenges arise. What you'll bring to the table

3+ years of experience selling technology solutions in a pure sales or pre-sales role. Ideally, experience working with Mid-Market Accounts. Proven tenacity as a salesperson, pursuing net new clients, developing business, and networking with passion. Cold calling experience with proven success winning new customers. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex customer problems through analysis. Experience proactively managing relationships at all organizational levels and mobilizing stakeholders to meet key deliverables. A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay and eligibility

We are hiring for multiple levels of this role and you will be considered for the level that best fits your skills and level of expertise. Level 1: $66,000 base + $44,000 incentive Level 2: $78,000 base + $52,000 incentive Level 3: $90,000 base + $60,000 incentive Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each offer will consider factors including prior experience and geographic location.
