Senior Manager, Global Marketing Analytics

This role is for a Senior Manager, Global Marketing Analytics with a 6-month contract. It requires 6+ years in analytics, 2+ years in theatrical marketing, and expertise in marketing measurement. On-site in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. Responsibilities

Lead high-impact, data-driven insights that inform creative, media, and marketing strategy. Conduct advanced analyses to evaluate and optimize global paid and organic marketing campaigns. Own the design, execution, and measurement of marketing and media tests across domestic and international markets. Analyze multi-platform performance and creative testing to surface actionable insights. Synthesize learnings from brand lift studies, audience behavior, campaign performance, and regional box office results. Partner with creative teams to recommend digital and TV media rotations based on performance. Monitor real-time audience sentiment and social trends to inform content positioning and strategy. Lead competitive and industry trend analysis to guide near- and long-term decisions. Deliver ad hoc analysis and strategic research to support theatrical marketing leadership. Serve as a thought partner, elevating data literacy and an insights-driven culture. Qualifications

6+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or strategy roles (entertainment, digital media, consumer insights, consulting, or finance). 2+ years at a major studio, streaming platform, or theatrical marketing agency. Proven experience leading analytics and insights projects across global markets. Strong expertise in marketing measurement, experimentation, and performance optimization. Ability to independently frame business questions and communicate insights to non-technical audiences. Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of TV, streaming, and social media performance metrics (paid and organic). Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Experience in theatrical marketing research or consumer insights. Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech platforms; experience with brand lift and effectiveness studies. Hands-on experience with social listening and audience intelligence tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Audiense). Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio). Strong project management and vendor management experience. Perks and Benefits
