Commercial Lines Account Manager

This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Compensation Package
Salary:
Up to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Manage a wide variety of commercial accounts across multiple industries.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
Participate in team celebrations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with exposure to a variety of industries.
Licenses / Designations:
Relevant licenses preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
Soft Skills:
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving. Enthusiastic about contributing to team celebrations and milestones.
