Esper partners with the leading mobile device hardware manufacturers, solution providers, and distributors globally. About the role
We\'re looking for a Field Marketing and Social Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital engagement and in-person execution. This hybrid role serves as our operational bridge between physical events and social presence, managing end-to-end logistics for large-scale trade shows, intimate partner events, and account-based experiences while owning our day-to-day organic social media execution. You\'ll collaborate closely with our ABX (Account-Based Experience) team to design and execute high-touch, curated experiences for strategic accounts and partners—from intimate partner dinners to executive roundtables—ensuring every interaction reinforces relationships and drives pipeline. You\'ll also ensure Esper\'s narrative is consistent whether prospects discover us on LinkedIn, meet us at a major conference booth, or participate in an exclusive partner-hosted event. This position requires someone who can seamlessly coordinate complex event logistics, manage partner field enablement, capture and route leads with proper attribution, maintain active community engagement across social platforms, and orchestrate white-glove experiences for our most strategic accounts—all while reinforcing our partner-first go-to-market strategy. What you\'ll do
Field Event Logistics:
Manage end-to-end event execution: booth shipping, swag inventory, travel logistics, and on-site setup for trade shows and partner events. Partner Event Co-Execution:
Coordinate co-hosted events with strategic partners (distributors, MSPs, OEMs, ISVs). Manage joint booth presence, partner speaker coordination, and co-marketing materials at shared events. Event Lead Capture & Attribution:
Own the process of capturing physical leads (scanning badges/business cards) and ensuring they enter the digital nurture funnel (Speed-to-Lead). Distinguish between Esper-direct and partner-sourced leads, executing proper attribution and routing protocols. Partner Field Communications:
Synchronize event calendars with key partners, conduct pre/post-event partner briefings, and create partner field enablement kits. On-Site Brand Presence:
Ensure the physical booth experience matches the digital brand promise—from signage to staff talking points—and reflects our partner ecosystem when appropriate. Organic Social Execution:
Own the day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn, X, and other core platforms. Partner Social Amplification:
Develop partner-specific social share kits, coordinate cross-promotion with partner channels, and enable partner employee advocacy programs. Community Management:
Act as the first line of response on social channels. Engage with comments, triage DMs, and facilitate "social selling" behaviors for the team. Content Distribution:
Work with the CMM to ensure quarterly content themes are atomized and distributed effectively across social channels and to partner networks. What We\'re Looking For
