Position Overview We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Social Media Strategist
to join our team in Deal, NJ. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and support overall business goals. The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital voice and ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all social platforms.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, understands social media trends, and knows how to translate brand messaging into compelling content that resonates with target audiences. This position works closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to drive measurable growth through social media.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals
Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth
Content Creation & Brand Voice
Create, curate, and oversee the development of engaging content, including graphics, captions, videos, and stories
Ensure all content reflects brand identity, tone, and messaging
Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives
Platform Management & Engagement
Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement across social media platforms
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Build and nurture online community engagement
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth
Analyze results and provide insights to refine content and strategy
Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Campaign Support & Growth Initiatives
Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns through social media
Identify and test new content formats, platforms, and growth opportunities
Collaborate on influencer or partnership initiatives as needed
Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or business
Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices
Excellent written communication skills and creative storytelling ability

Experience developing social media strategies for consumer-facing brands
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
