Position Summary The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to help lead daily golf course maintenance operations, staff supervision, and long-term turf health initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily planning and execution of maintenance operations
Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance staff
Participate in chemical and fertilizer applications and recordkeeping
Monitor turf conditions and assist with agronomic decision-making
Support irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and repairs
Assist with course setup and tournament preparation
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
