What You’ll Own You’ll be responsible for turning Moonshot into a brand people recognize, trust, and want to work with, while driving real, measurable growth.
Own Moonshot’s marketing strategy end-to-end. Positioning, messaging, brand, demand, and growth.
Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of marketers
- setting clear goals, raising the bar, and creating a culture of ownership and speed.
Shape and evolve our brand voice so we stand out in a crowded AI and eCommerce landscape.
Build and run a content engine that turns ideas, customer wins, and insights into momentum.
Own demand generation across paid ads, performance marketing, funnels, and experimentation.
Decide where and how we show up at conferences and industry events, and turn presence into pipeline.
Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product to align GTM strategy and priorities.
Who You Are You’re a true
full-stack marketer
and a people leader, equally comfortable setting strategy, executing hands-on, and developing others.
7+ years of marketing experience , including leadership in a
high-growth startup
(SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce tools strongly preferred).
Proven experience managing and scaling
marketing teams .
Deep understanding of
content, branding, performance marketing, and demand generation .
Strong intuition for positioning and messaging - you know how to make complex products simple and compelling.
Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and performance optimization.
Comfortable owning real numbers - pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, not just awareness metrics.
Builder mindset: strategic when needed, scrappy when it counts.
Clear communicator who can align founders, GTM teams, and marketers around a single narrative.
