We’re looking for:
Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
Qualifications
Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate.
Background as a lead Superintendent on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects of $100mm+.
Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
