Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and evolution of the engineering delivery operating model to ensure predictable product releases
- Increase engineering velocity by deploying engineering intelligence platforms and eliminating structural waste
- Build and manage a world-class Technical Program Management (TPM) function, establishing standards of excellence
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product and engineering teams to synchronize roadmaps and simplify technical delivery status
- Execute portfolio forecasting, KPI dashboards, and health reporting to ensure data accuracy and operational discipline
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations, or Chief of Staff roles within high-growth SaaS or Fintech environments
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of complex, interdependent technical programs across multiple domains
- Track record of designing and scaling global engineering operating models
- Experience partnering with Finance and Engineering leadership on budget management and multi-year headcount strategy
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team of TPMs, focusing on building a career framework
Preferred Qualifications
- Mastery of engineering intelligence tools (e.g., Jellyfish, LinearB, Faros)
- Exceptional ability to distill complex technical risks into strategic trade-offs for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Strong change management skills, with a focus on leading cultural and operational shifts
- Proven experience in architecting governance frameworks that balance speed with rigor
- Ability to connect technical initiatives directly to business outcomes and customer value
