Junior Estimator
to join its growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to get their foot in the door in construction and build a long-term career in the industry.

This role is ideal for someone with a construction- or design-related degree who prefers a dynamic, hands-on environment over a traditional cubicle setting and wants exposure to how luxury homes are built from the ground up.
Why This Role Is a Great Fit Perfect for recent grads, upcoming graduates, or professionals with 0–18 months of experience Learn directly from a seasoned Head Estimator/Head of Sales Exposure to million-dollar custom homes and high-end residential renovations No prior estimating experience required (internships or construction exposure are a plus) Strong mentorship and career growth opportunity in residential construction
Responsibilities Assist with cost estimates for luxury residential construction projects Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis Help solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing Support pre-construction budgeting and planning Learn the estimating and pre-construction process from concept through contract Collaborate with design, construction, and leadership teams Gain exposure to client-facing interactions
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in one of the following: Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture (or a closely related field) Strong interest in pursuing a career in construction Open to candidates changing paths from traditional engineering roles into construction Internship or exposure to construction is a plus, but not required Sharp, motivated, professional, and eager to learn Strong communication skills and attention to detail
