motivated, licensed Realtor
to join our team in a
hybrid role , spending part of the week supporting the business as an admin assistant to the Team Lead, and the rest of the week working directly with buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities
Admin Assistant (paid roll, 3 days/week) Manage CRM updates and client follow-ups Prepare listing presentations and paperwork Coordinate showings and schedule appointments Support the team lead with daily operations Real Estate Team Member (Commission based) Work with buyers and sellers under our team brand Conduct showings, open houses, and client consultations Build relationships and help customers Leverage our team support
Qualifications
Active Florida real estate license Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience in real estate or administrative support preferred
