Payrate:
$19/hr - $21/hr on W2
Shift time:
Monday Friday 6:30 AM 4:00 PM; Alternate Saturday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Job Description Responsible for drawing quality blood specimens from patients and preparing them for lab testing across multiple locations. Provides float coverage and acts as a leader/mentor while ensuring accuracy, patient confidence, and timely completion of daily phlebotomy duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Experience In Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy Preferred.
Keyboard/data entry and customer service experience preferred.
Provide training, mentorship, and onboarding support.
Able to handle multiple priorities in high-volume settings.
