We are looking for the best of the best! We are seeking a Porter to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents. As a Porter, you will assist with work orders, maintain the grounds, and be part of an on‑call rotation to address 24‑hour emergencies. PORTER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities. Assisting in maintenance situations. Assisting with work orders. Upkeep of the grounds (picking up trash on a daily basis) Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch‑up painting, moving furniture, etc. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. PORTER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags as well as when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks. Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
