to join our team. If you have at least one year of leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
Maintain accurate records and manage resident files
Conduct tours and ensure units are tour-ready
Assist with community outreach and marketing
Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of leasing experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
Bilingual helpful but not required
Comfortable with property tours, including stairs and walking
Tech-savvy; familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media is a plus
Weekend availability required (especially Saturdays)
