Life Time is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our

Treasury & Investor Relations

team. Reporting to the

Senior Vice President of Treasury & Investor Relations , this role will play a key part in shaping and communicating Life Time’s financial story to the investment community. The

Senior Financial Analyst

will support the execution of our investor relations strategy, manage investor communications, and provide insights that influence senior leadership decisions. Job Duties/Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance a system for effective and measurable investor targeting and outreach Prepare and manage quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, presentations, and Q&A documents Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring consistent messaging and professional execution Develop and maintain investor-related materials such as press releases, presentations, and fact sheets Perform consensus analysis, financial modeling, and valuation work to support investor messaging Track and report on key industry news, competitive dynamics, and market trends Monitor and analyze market sentiment, investor feedback, and competitor performance to provide actionable insights Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and investor meetings Support ad hoc projects, including benchmarking, research requests, and strategic analyses Minimum Required Qualifications

Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with FactSet, Irwin and other financial and CRM platforms preferred Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, trading comps), capital allocation frameworks, and market analysis Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing materials for executives and cross-functional partners A proactive team player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance Licenses / Certifications / Registrations

This is a salaried position starting at $78,000.00 and pays up to $107,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits
