About the Role As an Experiential Designer, you will be a creative force who translates brand stories into captivating three-dimensional environments and interactive experiences. You'll bring fresh thinking to client challenges, developing innovative design solutions that engage audiences in memorable ways. This hands‑on role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating experiences that come to life in the real world.

Your Responsibilities Design & Creative Development

Translate creative briefs into impactful design solutions across physical, digital, and hybrid environments

Create high‑quality sketches, graphics, layouts, mock‑ups, 2D and 3D renders, and presentations

Develop visual concepts including storyboards, moodboards, interaction diagrams, and interfaces

Bring multiple concepts and solutions to life with thoughtfulness and attention to detail

Understand how brands show up in 3D space and visually represent them in compelling ways

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with creative directors, account teams, production, and graphics teams to execute design solutions

Collaborate with programmers and creative technologists to bring interactive designs to life

Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions, contributing innovative ideas

Present work with confidence and enthusiasm to both internal teams and clients

Communicate clear messages through combinations of visuals and copy

Technical Execution

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with full accountability, maintaining quality at all times

Work within budgetary restrictions while maintaining design and brand integrity

Collaborate with graphics production and fabrication teams to solve design and technical challenges

Ensure all work is on brand and reflects the highest Cornerstone quality standards

Meet tight deadlines while communicating concerns early with a solutions‑oriented mindset

Innovation & Growth

Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and design applications both in and outside the industry

Bring fresh thinking and new presentation techniques to inspire audiences

Propose and test interactive solutions based on user observation and behavior

Supervise and mentor junior creative team members

Your Skills & Competencies Technical Proficiency

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

Passion for learning new software and tracking emerging trends such as AI‑based tools

Proficiency in prototyping tools and ease in communicating ideas via wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes

Strong visual communication skills (sketching, storyboards, diagrams, moodboards)

Design Excellence

Excellent design skills and esthetic

Strong understanding of experience and environmental design principles

Understanding of the 3D world: textures, materials, architecture, fabrication, furniture, graphics, styling, lighting

Understanding of flow, floor plans, and space allocation for experiences

Solid comprehension of graphic production and digital design environments

Your Experience Required

3‑5 years of experience in experiential design, graphic design, or related creative discipline

Degree or advanced training in Design, Advertising, Theater, or related creative discipline

Portfolio demonstrating strong design work across physical and digital environments

Concrete experience in projects that take place in the real world (events, installations, immersive spaces)

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience with interactive experiences or immersive environments

Experience using TouchDesigner or Google AI Studio

Understanding of physical technologies, connected objects, sensors, and tangible interfaces

Knowledge of creative AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies

Basic understanding of the experiential industry ecosystem
