GovEagle
Why We Need You
Over the past year, GovEagle has built strong product-market fit (5x revenue) and a customer base that loves us (10x DAU). Using GovEagle's AI agents, our government contracting customers have drastically cut down the time they spend on RFPs while winning more awards.
To continue this momentum, we are hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to design and own our outbound engine. This role will combine the wealth of public information on GovCons with powerful AI workflows to identify the right accounts, detect buying signals, orchestrate our tools, and enable personalization at scale.
What You’ll Do
Account Identification and Scoring -
Identify and score high-priority target accounts using public data sources like USASpending, SAM.gov, etc.
Personalization at scale -
Design AI-powered workflows to reach out to prospects at the right time while referencing organizational and personal context
System building -
Own our sales stack and software from list building, routing, sequencing, alerting, and reporting
Signal Detection -
Build workflows to detect buying signals from internal and publicly available data (i.e. press releases, job listings, etc.)
Experimentation -
Design and run scrappy GTM experiments across channels to identify new avenues worth scaling
Network Mapping -
Identify the right points of contacts and relationships to break into net new accounts
Who You Are
You think in systems and build infrastructure that solves categories of problems
You have an engineer’s brain and a seller’s instincts, caring about pipeline and revenue
You are scrappy and resourceful, skilled at integrating tools, APIs, and data sources
You are comfortable working in ambiguity and building from zero
What We’re Looking For
Experience building automated workflows using Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and scripting in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot
Strong prompting skills and experience using LLMs in production workflows
Experience designing and running GTM or outbound experiments
Ability to work in person in New York City five days a week
U.S. citizen
able to discuss controlled, export‑restricted workflows with customers.
Nice to have:
Experience in GovCon, public sector, or regulated industries
Familiarity with public procurement data sources
Prior experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or revenue systems roles
