Holidays and paid time off (PTO) Ongoing training and support Paid insurance license fees upon passing of license examinations This is a part time position consisting of a base hourly pay plus bonus-earning opportunities based on sales referrals and performance. Responsibilities
Servicing of insurance policies (such as processing endorsements, issuing "proof of insurance", answering inquiries, file maintenance) Providing ongoing, top-notch customer service to our client base Attending regular technical and product training Handling receptionist duties, including taking inbound calls Requirements
Our ideal candidate should: Have availability to work part time (25 hours per week) in our Raleigh office. This is not a remote position. Currently licensed or will become licensed in NC Property and Casualty Insurance prior to joining the team Have some work experience, preferably in customer service in a professional office setting Have High School/GED or higher educational designations Be a self motivated, outgoing, team player, with great work ethic and a professional attitude who gets things done Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Slack, Trello, and other team communication tools
