We blend technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected stays for guests, owners, and partners. We’re currently seeking a Group Reservations Specialist to support our growing group business and ensure seamless, high-touch service from booking through post-stay follow-up.
What You’ll Do As a Group Reservations Specialist, you’ll manage group reservations, coordinate room blocks, and serve as the primary point of contact for group clients and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate reservations, smooth arrivals, and timely billing while ensuring every group feels supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Entering and managing group reservations and room blocks in Cloudbeds
Coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams to ensure accuracy and readiness
Serving as the main client contact for group inquiries, VIP requests, and special accommodations
Creating booking links and reservation forms for individual-pay groups
Managing group resumes, reporting, and weekly updates
Reviewing and processing group billing, master bills, and final folios
Supporting post-stay follow-up, including billing reconciliation and commission or rebate
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
Previous customer service experience required; hospitality or reservations experience preferred
Experience with group bookings, room blocks, or property management systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, organized, and collaborative work style
