Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter, located Madhapur, Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT staffing and consulting needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to promote candidates, coordinating client and consultant interactions, building strong relationships with stakeholders, handling client accounts, and assisting with talent acquisition initiatives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines and monitoring market trends to identify potential opportunities. Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting Experience in Hiring and Account Management Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment Proficiency in utilizing recruiting tools, market analysis, and applicant tracking systems Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of technical roles is a plus
