ARA COMMERCIAL LEASING AGENT (Commission-Only) We’re a NYC-based commercial brokerage with a strong pipeline of exclusive retail and office listings across all 5 boroughs. We’re looking for an experienced leasing agent who can immediately help drive tours, tenant outreach, and deal flow. Who We’re Looking For
Commercial leasing agent with leasing experience or understanding of the CRE world. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently Motivated by commission and deal volume Note: This is a 100% commission-based role (no salary). What You’ll Do
Work a high-volume portfolio of exclusive listings. You will immediately be assigned a portfolio of active listings and will begin sourcing and engaging qualified tenants for those spaces. Conduct tours and engage qualified tenants and brokers while working with the ARA leasing team Drive deals from first contact to LOI and lease execution What Sets Us Apart
