Overview The company is experiencing tremendous growth and seeks commission-driven, seasoned Retention Agents to join the team. A typical day includes making and answering inbound and outbound calls, maintaining account documentation, and building a positive rapport with the client base. Each interaction aims to instill courage in clients and help them stay on track toward regaining control of their finances. The position focuses on supporting clients who are considering canceling their service. It requires exceptional professionalism, adaptability, active listening skills, and experience with de-escalating clients. The team serves as a source of courage during uncertain moments and drives retention and service by exemplifying core values to ensure clients receive the best possible experience with National Debt Relief. The position has an expected start date of 3/23/2026. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Central Time, and Saturday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Time. We are hiring for positions in AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT.
