Responsibilities
Provide cash handling, process transactions accurately and efficiently for customers.
Assist with debit cards, accounts, and other banking needs while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
Build strong customer relationships and contribute to our People First mission.
Deliver face-to-face service on-site and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs.
Promote appropriate banking products and services and support customers in their financial journey.
Qualifications
Cash handling abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective communication skills, both in person and by phone.
Computer savviness and ability to use banking software and tools.
