Overview Assists customers with product information and placing orders, as well as providing support for company\'s sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Initiate customer contact and build sales/customer relationships through telemarketing calls as assigned.

Answer customer questions about products and pricing by using catalogs/flyers and suggest value-add products or services.

Maintain and update customer call results in your CRM/ERP software.

Process order payment by credit card as necessary.

Use company resources to efficiently communicate with customers.

Attend seminars and/or training sessions to upgrade skills, as determined by manager(s).

Enter names/email addresses in ERP for marketing.

Fulfill customer requests for catalogs/information.

Answer customer calls and resolve issues/problems, or forward to the correct authority. Determine remedies/solutions for complaints/issues as appropriate.

Maintain a courteous and can-do attitude with internal and external customers.

Perform other duties as instructed by manager(s).
