Base pay range $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities Leasing Consultants handle all activities related to apartment rentals, move‑ins, lease renewals, and resident retention. They generate and handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move‑in paperwork and procedures, interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
Qualifications
1+ years of residential leasing experience (preferred)
Enthusiastic, reliable, and organized
Knowledge of Yardi or similar software (preferred)
Ultimate team‑player
