Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Intake Specialist to join our team and sign on new cases, create case files, and begin investigative process. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment. This position can be completely remote. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish languages. Required Qualifications
2+ years ofexperience in same or similar role (in personal injury firm). and litigation experience preferred). Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and thrive under deadlines while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Willingness to use AI tools to assist in your work. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or other language proficiency. Willingness to provide unreasonable hospitality to clients and keep them well informed of the case process and development. Compensation & Benefits
