Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person Assist clients with updating policies, payments, and other services Schedule appointments and maintain calendar Maintain detailed records of client interactions Review audits and/or policies Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service Qualifications
Knowledge of insurance products High school diploma/GED required Excellent customer service skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
