About the Role
Martin & Zerfoss, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a full-time role in Nashville, TN. The position has a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days in-office and 3 days WFH after the initial in-person training period. In this role, the Personal Lines Account Manager will: Manage Personal Lines client accounts with the focus on providing exceptional customer service. Support Producers in day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including direct contact with clients and insurance carriers via phone, email and in-person when applicable. Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, and cancellations. Analyze coverage, limits, deductibles, and pricing options. Develop strong relationships and trust with clients, producers, teammates and underwriters. Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage. Utilize Applied Epic to manage and track all work. Follow agency and department workflows and procedures to complete daily tasks. 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager at an insurance agency. Tennessee P&C Insurance License (or licensed in another state and able to secure a TN P&C license upon hire). Experience using an insurance management platform; Applied Epic highly preferred. Able to reliably commute to our West Nashville office two days a week after the initial training period. Exemplary organization, time management and prioritization skills with a focus on timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, agency and company personnel. Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or other related field desired, but not required. High degree of professionalism along with excellent business writing and communication skills. Salary range between $55,000 - $75,000/ year commensurate with experience 20 days of PTO to start 10 paid holidays Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, 401k and a variety of other benefits Continuing education Equal Opportunity Employer
