URGENT HIRING | $150,000–$200,000 Earning Potential
Great Day Improvements (GDI) is hiring 3 In-Home Sales Consultants for the Greater Ocala, FL area, reporting directly to our Orlando branch. This is a full-commission role with company-provided, pre-qualified appointments — no cold calling and no prospecting. Sales experience is not required; we are seeking motivated, reliable closers who are willing to work nights and weekends.
Compensation
$150,000–$200,000 annual earning potential
Uncapped commission structure
Performance bonuses and incentives
Earnings directly tied to individual results

Strong communication skills and confidence closing conversations
Reliable, professional, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Sales experience not required — attitude and work ethic matter most
