Sales & Design Consultant (On-Site) — RealCraft | Washington State On Target Earnings: $90K — $25/hour base + ~$40K average commission The Opportunity
RealCraft is seeking a driven Sales & Design Consultant who thrives in a collaborative sales environment and is motivated by earning potential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understands practical design, and wants their effort to directly impact their income. You’ll guide homeowners, designers, and builders through selecting and customizing handcrafted doors and hardware, turning interest into confident buying decisions. Drive sales through inbound leads and outbound prospecting Build relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and trade partners Provide design consultations on products, customization, and installation Create accurate quotes and proposals Manage orders and customer communication from sale to production Collaborate with sales and production teams What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or design-related field Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook; HubSpot, DocuSign, Shopify a plus) Team-oriented, coachable, and commission-driven Interest in design, architecture, or home improvement is a plus Why This Role Works
