Digital Content Producer (Social & Digital)
Aquent Studios is seeking a Digital Content Producer to support the end‑to‑end production of high‑volume digital and social content for a large, industry‑leading beauty brand. This role partners closely with the Creative Director, brand teams, and cross‑functional production partners to deliver on‑brand, high‑performing assets across paid media, paid and organic social, digital video, and e‑commerce imagery.
This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role for someone who excels at organizing people and product, integrating creative, and keeping production moving smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creatively fluent, and deeply plugged into what's trending now—and what's coming next across Tik other social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Creative Director and collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, marketing, and production teams to develop digital‑first content that aligns with creative best practices and business goals.
Manage projects end‑to‑end, from brief through final delivery, ensuring creative excellence, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Lead product procurement and coordination, ensuring all samples are accurate, organized, and ready for photo and video shoots.
Provide on‑set production support, including run‑of‑show coordination, annotating video takes, validating shot lists, and organizing products for talent use.
Physically transport and manage products to and from shoots as needed.
Review creative files and deliverables with a strong understanding of what is correct vs. incorrect from a creative, technical, and production standpoint.
Manage post‑production workflows, supporting retouching, video editing, color correction, and graphic design while trafficking feedback and ensuring quality control.
Serve as a key partner to brand stakeholders by managing timelines, expectations, and next steps across multiple workstreams.
Act as the final gatekeeper for outgoing content, cross‑referencing deliverables against briefs and conducting rigorous QA across platforms and devices.
Oversee the lifecycle of a high volume of digital assets, maintaining organization, DAM compliance (naming, metadata, usage rights), and timely uploads.
Maintain clear documentation of briefs, feedback rounds, and final deliverables to support transparency and efficiency.
Actively track and apply social and cultural trends, with a strong pulse on what's trending across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital platforms, and bring trend‑forward thinking into content execution and production conversations.
Support deck creation and presentations; ability to pull together former decks or work examples is a strong plus.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a creative, digital content, or production role supporting social and e‑commerce content.
Beauty or fashion experience strongly preferred; lifestyle or CPG experience also considered.
High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required; InDesign and Premiere Pro a plus).
Comfortable operating in a creative environment and stepping in as an Art Director‑level creative partner when needed.
Experience supporting both photo and video production workflows.
Strong understanding of creative files, production accuracy, and digital specifications.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
Excellent soft skills: collaborative, communicative, and confident working cross‑functionally.
Friendly, no‑ego, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and brands in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Frame.io and digital asset management systems preferred.
Onsite Requirement (Non‑Negotiable)
Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
On shoot days, onsite presence is required; flexibility is essential.
