Serve as the first contact for Partnership Distribution customers, addressing service issues and inquiries Research customer questions and resolve issues, escalating complex cases as necessary Educate clients and advisors on new services and procedures to enhance self-service capabilities Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, facilitating customer support Qualifications
Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must pass a Spanish language proficiency assessment Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload Preferred Qualifications
