For example, Hengstler-Dynapar printers are used in smart parcel lockers and public transportation applications across the globe.Finally, our global footprint, with operations in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and China, is crucial to support the **nearshoring** strategies of our customers.With these underlying growth trends in our focused markets, our global presence, and our strong team, we are confident that Hengstler-Dynapar can deliver consistent core growth in the coming years.**Job Summary**The **Sales Director – HD Business, EMEA** is responsible for driving strategic growth across the region, with a focus on Servo Motor Feedback Encoders (SMFB) and Industrial Encoders. This role will oversee direct and key accounts, manage channel partnerships, expand online distribution, and develop emerging markets, with a particular emphasis on India.The Sales Director will lead the EMEA sales team, implement structured sales processes, and contribute to long-term strategic planning, ensuring a strong talent pipeline through succession planning.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Drive Growth** – Expand market presence and enhance sales processes to achieve business objectives.* **Market Development** – Identify and develop emerging opportunities, with a strategic focus on **India**.* **SMFB Strategy Execution** – Grow the business through direct accounts and key OEM partnerships.* **Industrial Encoder Strategy Execution** – Manage channel partners and expand the online distributor network.* **Strategic Planning** – Support the development and execution of business strategies, actively participating in the LPM process.* **Team Leadership** – Develop, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, ensuring a strong succession pipeline.**Your Profile:*** Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the industrial sector.* Strong experience in sales process management and funnel development.* Expertise in emerging market expansion, particularly in India.* Ability to execute sales strategies through direct accounts, OEMs, and channel partners.* Strong leadership, talent development, and strategic planning skills.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Ability to lead through change.**Ralliant Corporation Overview**Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
