
Client Relationship Manager

Overview
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's services and solutions. This position also collaborates with other departments as needed to carry out key initiatives, align strategies with executive management's vision, and provide leadership consistent with PTL's values.
Responsibilities
Facilitate client onboarding and set up.
Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Other Functions
Special projects as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.

2-4 years' experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must drive a minimum of 5k miles annually to be eligible for Motus.
Valid and current driver's license.
Have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
Working Conditions
This position requires visiting customers onsite and the associated travel to and from.
May be exposed to temperature extremes, enclosed spaces, heights, and dust and/or dirt.
Must be able to stand, bend, push and pull at least up to 10 lbs.
